Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with digital transformation exposure.
• Strong understanding of ML/Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices and multi-cloud platforms.
• Solid knowledge of application security, architectures, and engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with architecture as code design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for stakeholder influence.
• Insurance or financial services domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology innovation and digital transformation solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement cloud-native microservices architectures that are scalable and secure.
• Champion AI adoption for automation and modernization.
• Conduct POCs, assessments, and feasibility studies on new technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to translate requirements into blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Present solution architectures to governance forums in local and Asia regions.
• Act as internal consultant to craft transformation proposals and lead interim architectures.
• Evaluate vendor solutions for architecture risk, security, and availability.
• Drive upsell opportunities by partnering with business teams.
