• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Expertise in Digital Transformation and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Experience with Cloud-Native Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot, Docker, AWS.
• Strong security, DevOps and CI/CD understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance or Financial Services domain experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture initiatives that support enterprise digital transformation.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Drive AI and Generative AI adoption to improve automation and business capabilities.
• Conduct POCs, technical evaluations, and feasibility assessments for emerging technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer, distributor, and partner experiences.
• Produce architecture blueprints and present solutions at architecture governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate vendor technologies for scalability, resiliency, security, and business fit.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
