Job summary

WSP Asia in Singapore is seeking an Engineer (Civil & Structural) to provide competent support across the project lifecycle, from concept to site delivery. You will apply established engineering principles, WSP standards, and regulatory requirements to deliver safe, compliant structural solutions.

The role emphasizes preliminary and detailed design, calculations, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and BIM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience in civil/structural projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore codes and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preliminary, schematic and detailed design for building structures and civil/structural elements.
• Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations, drawings and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated design outcomes.
• Support authority submissions and site coordination under supervision.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining professional judgment.
