ALPS ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer or Drafter to join our dynamic team. You will design, plan and execute civil and structural projects, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead design efforts, mentor junior staff, collaborate with architects and PMs, perform analyses, and deliver cost-effective, safe solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar field.
• Proven track record leading design and delivery of complex civil/structural projects.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for entry/junior level.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, ETABS and SAP2000.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of civil/structural plans, drawings and specifications.
• Conduct structural analyses to ensure safety and integrity.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers and construction teams.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges with regulatory and client standards.
• Monitor progress, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while upholding quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and share expertise.
