Job summary

Analog Devices International, LLC Singapore Branch seeks a Program Manager to lead the AI enablement initiative across its chip development workflow. Drive integration of AI tools into design, verification, simulation, and tape-out, aligning with R&D goals and product strategy.

You will import AI-based workflows from corporate enablement, tailor them for local R&D use, train engineers, monitor adoption, and continuously optimize to boost efficiency, cut costs, and strengthen competitive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in chip R&D or AI enablement.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to technical workflows.
• Strong understanding of the chip development process (design, verification, simulation, tape-out, mass production).
• Excellent PM, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of AI-enabled chip development processes.
• Research, evaluate, and develop AI tools and skills for chip development scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering enablement to import and localize AI tools.
• Develop and execute training plans to drive adoption among R&D engineers.
• Monitor usage and effectiveness of AI tools; optimize processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and hit milestones.
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends and apply them to chip R&D.
