Job summary

Analog Devices International, LLC Singapore Branch invites a Program Manager to lead the AI enablement initiative for our chip development process. You will drive integration of AI into design workflows, bridging AI innovation with R&D practice to boost efficiency and competitiveness.

You will build AI tools and skills, import tools from the corporate engineering enablement team, and promote adoption among all R&D engineers through training and hands-on support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management in chip R&D or AI enablement.
• Hands-on AI in technical workflows preferred.
• Understanding of the chip design lifecycle: design, verification, tape-out, mass production.
• Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled chip development processes aligned with product strategy.
• Research, evaluate, develop AI tools, models, and skills for chip development.
• Collaborate with engineering enablement to localize AI tools.
• Develop promotion and training plan to drive adoption among all R&D engineers.
• Monitor usage and collect feedback to optimize tools and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and communicate with stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends and apply to chip development.
