Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end verification strategy for optical controller ICs, from architecture through tape-out and post-silicon support.
• Lead verification planning, scope, coverage, and sign-off criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and manage a verification team, drive schedules, risk assessment, and ensure on-time delivery.
