Job summary

Analog Devices in Singapore seeks an experienced Digital Verification Lead to own end-to-end verification for optical controller ICs targeting AI datacenter applications. You will define strategy, drive schedules, and lead a team of verification engineers across block, chip, and system levels.

You will collaborate with digital design, analog/mixed-signal, firmware, and systems teams to ensure first-pass silicon success, handle post-silicon support, and mentor engineers for growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital verification of complex SoCs with ownership of subsystems or full-chip verification.
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM including architecture, sequences, and coverage.
• Experience leading verification projects and cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with AMBA protocols and processor-based SoC verification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end verification strategy for optical controller ICs from architecture to tape-out.
• Lead verification planning, coverage strategy, and sign-off criteria with project teams.
• mentor and develop a high-performing verification team across multiple projects.
