Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Construction Program Manager for Digital Delivery & Governance in APJC, based in Singapore with travel across APJC. You will govern BIM deliverables, manage BIM teams, and scale AI-powered construction tools across a hyperscale data-center portfolio.

The role requires strong BIM leadership and experience with Procore and BIM 360. You will collaborate with global teams to enforce ISO 19650 standards, drive design release quality gates, and deliver efficient, scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
5+ years with Data/AI tech in construction or infra programs.
Experience with BIM and ISO 19650 or equivalent standards.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end BIM information management for AWS hyperscale data center program across APJC portfolio.
Manage BIM professionals across consultant and contractor firms.
Lead comprehensive project controls across construction phases with AI-enhanced metrics.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, governance workflows, and EIR for APJC.
Scale AI-powered construction tools across the portfolio (CDMS, AI apps).
Track document changes and ensure final as‑builts meet customer requirements.
Lead integration of BIM information management and construction tech platforms (Procore, BIM 360, etc.).
Architect agentic workflows to automate repetitive construction quality processes.
