Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) seeks a Construction Program Manager – Digital Delivery & Governance to govern BIM and AI-enabled deliverables for AWS hyperscale data centers across APJC. Based in Singapore or other listed cities, you will collaborate with BIM specialists and engineers to ensure ISO 19650 compliance.

You will drive design release quality gates, oversee GC BIM coordination, and scale AI-powered construction tools while delivering accurate as‑built models

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, Analytics, Databases or Storage.
• Experience with BIM information management and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with BIM authoring tools (Revit, Navisworks) and BIM platforms.
• Experience with construction technology platforms including Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Own BIM information management for AWS hyperscale data center program in APJC.
• Lead BIM coordination and AI-enhanced clash detection workflows.
• Develop and maintain construction project control dashboards.
• Track document changes and ensure final as-built quality.
• Scale AI-powered construction tools across the portfolio.
• Educate internal teams and GC in BIM standards.
