Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead BIM-enabled digital delivery across data center projects. You will standardize VDC processes, drive AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to align design and construction goals.

The role requires strong program management experience, expertise in BIM/VDC platforms (Revit, Forma, MCAD), and a track record of delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects in high-tech environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of program management experience.
5 years of experience with construction projects from start to delivery.
5 years of VDC implementation and BIM lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital delivery, and information management strategy.
Define regional digital controls from design to closeout, including software interfaces and modeling rulesets.
Advise leadership on BIM software integration and AI/LLM data use. Architect automated agentic workflows for compliance and deploy machine learning models to extract operational insights from project records.
Modernize project controls through proactive, data-driven change management.
