Job summary

Krisvconsulting Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a strategic AI leader to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and shape employee-focused initiatives. The role drives the Group AI strategy, strengthens partnerships, and champions adoption through influencer networks and communications.

You will implement the strategy with OpCos, lead the AI for Employee initiative, build partnerships with AI-native companies, and curate communications to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, CS, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 8–10 years experience in AI/data analytics.
• Proven track record deploying AI/GenAI solutions from pilot to production with measurable impact.
• Strong business acumen linking AI to productivity, CX, revenue, cost efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex AI topics for business audiences.

Responsibilities
