Job summary

Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist, AI4Eng for Physics and Engineering in APAC. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for physics and engineering challenges across aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors, coordinating with Product and Applied AI teams.

You will run technical discovery sessions, translate business goals into AI roadmaps, and manage governance, milestones, and risk while engaging with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in physics, engineering, or IT.
• 5+ years as a technical project manager in relevant industries (auto, aerospace, semiconductors).
• Experience in software development, ML, and numerical simulations (CAE/CFD/FEM/DEM).
• Hands-on coding proficiency (Python) and ability to read design docs.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to design, build, deploy and adoption of AI solutions.
• Define governance, decision forums, and cadence for APAC accounts.
• Manage day-to-day execution, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Produce design docs, runbooks, eval plans, and rollout plans.
• Capture feedback to inform product, science, and engineering.
