Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a senior advisor to strengthen data foundations for AI innovation across the financial sector. You will build data partnerships and drive governance and data-sharing initiatives with banks, insurers, FinTechs, technology firms, researchers, and public-sector agencies.

You will shape data infrastructure strategies, design policy frameworks, manage cross‑sector collaborations, and deliver high‑impact AI use cases that benefit industry and consumers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategy/consulting/business development experience in financial services, tech, or public sector.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships and translating strategies into outcomes.
• Knowledge of data infrastructure, governance, and data-sharing models.
• Excellent written and oral communication for policy papers and presentations.
