Nebius Group is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from agreement through construction readiness. You will drive development roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and risk registers, coordinating with engineering, finance, and legal teams to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.

• 8+ years of data center or infrastructure development experience.
• Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, and vendor management.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of AI infrastructure projects from agreement to construction readiness.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate permitting, utility planning, and owner obligations.
• Deliver development-ready projects with minimal risk to Delivery.
• Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings.
