Nebius is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from agreement through construction readiness. You will partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.

This foundational role helps write governance standards and project controls while independently leading complex developments.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data center development or related fields.
• Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, and development planning.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Deliver development-ready projects with complete documentation and minimized risk.
• Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings; recommend Go/No-Go decisions.
• Serve as the primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal and Delivery.
