Job summary

Zendesk Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AI Specialist in Customer Success to drive business outcomes for customers using Zendesk AI Agents. You will work with senior leaders and product teams to ensure value realization across the customer journey.

Deliver onboarding, define objectives, secure renewals, and lead AI adoption with cross-functional colleagues. A strong background in enterprise SaaS and measurable impact is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in Customer Success/Experience.
• Experience in enterprise technology / SaaS customer success roles.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus.
• Ability to explain business value of AI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactive customer health management through outcome-driven engagement.
• Collaborate with Zendesk customers and teams to accelerate AI adoption.
• Grow Zendesk customer relationships and ensure value realization.
• Provide regular reporting on automation, adoption, and account health KPIs.
• Liaise with internal teams and provide product feedback.
