Job summary

WPP Media Singapore seeks a Technical Lead to rapidly prototype and deploy agentic AI workflows inside the WPP Open ecosystem for Google campaigns. You will stitch core AI engines to campaign tools, build intuitive interfaces, and push fast, tangible improvements across live sprint cycles.

You will drive speed and customization, bringing visible AI ideas to market while collaborating with global product teams for local deployment. Hybrid work model in Singapore is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of applied software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building autonomous agent workflows and tool calling schemas.
• Strong full‑stack capabilities with Python, TypeScript/Node.js/Go and modern front-end tech.
• Experience connecting data types across platform APIs and services.

Responsibilities

• Code and deploy autonomous, multi‑agent AI loops to automate high‑friction workflows.
• Stitch and orchestrate APIs between WPP Open and campaign tools (Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok).
• Build front‑end wrappers to make backend capabilities intuitive for teams.
• Prototype rapidly and debug live agents to keep velocity high.
• Collaborate with central product teams to customize tools for local deployment.
