Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications using Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embedding, Vector Databases, and AI retrieval pipelines.
• Experience building AI Agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dify, Spring AI, OpenAI SDK, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models.
• Build AI Agent workflows using RAG, Tool Calling, Function Calling, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-Agent collaboration.
• Design scalable backend services and APIs to support enterprise AI products and automation.
• Develop reusable AI components and frameworks that accelerate product development.
• Build context management, memory, and workflow orchestration for Agent systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, reliability, and costs in production.
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks to improve AI quality.
