Job summary

VIP CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the planning, development, and delivery of industry-specific AI Agent products built on the OpenMax platform.

You will bridge business needs with engineering execution, turning client requirements into scalable AI solutions across finance, compliance, and operations. You will define product boundaries, coordinate with enterprise clients, and own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality, timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management with end-to-end lifecycle experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI products.
• Proven ability to independently manage full product processes: research, requirements, solution design, PRD, launch, iteration.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management with executives, IT teams, and end users.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities across multiple projects, coordinating engineering resources.
• Solid technical understanding: read API documentation, understand system architecture, integrations, data flows.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into clear product solutions, priorities, and actionable tasks for engineering.
• Experience with LLMS, AI Agents, workflow automation, or enterprise AI applications is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for internal and client communications.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent product planning across finance, operations, compliance, and other functions.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate requirements into AI Agent solutions, PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Own delivery from planning to launch with prioritization, milestones, engineering coordination, testing, and risk management.
• Bridge business and engineering by translating customer needs into technical requirements while communicating constraints to stakeholders.
• Productize client-specific implementations into standardized, reusable AI Agent capabilities.
