Job summary

Altana, based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to deploy its AI-powered platform across customer environments. You will own end-to-end delivery—from scoping and configuration to go-live and handoff—ensuring adoption and measurable value.

You will configure integrations, build APIs and data handoffs, and drive multi-team alignment across engineering, data science, and product to deliver robust, auditable solutions. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery
• Track record of shipping complex technical projects with external stakeholders
• Strong communicator and coordinator capable of aligning multiple teams
• Product instincts to identify value and minimal viable solutions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and partial information
• Bias toward automation and repeatability, not heroics
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and related tooling

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations: scoping, configuration, integration, go-live, handoff to support
• Configure and deploy Altana platform against real customer data and workflows
• Build APIs, data handoffs, automations, and internal tooling
• Drive implementation to adoption and measurable success
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, product, and customer success teams
• Develop reusable playbooks and templates for faster future implementations
• Set formal requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria with teams
