Job summary

Altana is seeking an experienced technical delivery leader to design and deploy agentic AI workflows for our enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end implementations, from scoping and configuration through go-live and handoff to support.

You will engage customers as a trusted technical partner, translate requirements into concrete technical scope, and coordinate across engineering, data science, product, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with hands-on scope.
• Proven track record shipping complex technical projects with external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows that power customer processes.
• Own end-to-end implementations: scoping, configuration, integration, go-live.
• Engage customers as a trusted technical partner through sessions and demos.
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, product, and customer success.
• Apply PM judgment to define roadmap, requirements, and success metrics.
