Job summary

Dada Consultants Pte Ltd is recruiting a senior AI/ML Engineer to design and optimize AgentOS architecture and build LLM-based autonomous agents. You will advance research-to-production transfer, evaluating agent behavior and ensuring robust memory and tool use across deployments, with a focus on Python/C++ excellence.

Based in Singapore, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying cutting-edge RL methods to production systems.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
• Strong LLM application background; familiar with LangChain, AutoGPT, Claude Code, or similar agent frameworks.
• Strong Python/C++ engineering skills with high code quality standards.
• Solid understanding of agent evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and complex instruction following.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AgentOS core architecture, including backend logic, DAG task orchestration, and evidence-chain management.
• Build and improve LLM-based autonomous agents, enhancing reasoning, planning, RAG, memory, and tool-use capabilities.

• Build and improve LLM-based autonomous agents, enhancing reasoning, planning, RAG, memory, and tool-use capabilities.
• Track frontier RL × Agent research and translate academic progress into production impact.

• Experience with distributed task scheduling, workflow engines, OS/kernel internals, or RL methods such as PPO, GRPO, and DPO for agents.
