INTERISLAND TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Agency Recruitment & Talent Management to shape recruitment strategy, programme governance, and onboarding excellence.

You will partner with agency leaders to strengthen pipelines, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality onboarding and retention outcomes. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, requiring strong communication, data-driven insights, and ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

Degree or diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in agency recruitment, agency management, insurance distribution, or talent acquisition.
Experience in tied agency environments or insurance business development is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and governance of programmes or schemes.
Knowledge of labour regulations and MAS guidelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute agency recruitment strategies to grow the agency force.
Monitor scheme performance, governance, and ROI with governance of key programmes.
Support onboarding, screening, interviews, and candidate experience.
Coordinate job fairs, talks, and outreach events to expand outreach channels.
Advise agency leaders on recruitment strategies, profiling, and market practices.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
