Qualifications

• Five years minimum in Singapore recruitment industry, with leadership or agency management experience.
• Proven track record in securing clients, revenue and placements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, commercially-minded and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and secure recruitment contracts.
• Visit prospective clients, understand manpower needs, and present recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business within authority.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and develop repeat business.
• Supervise recruitment processes from requirements to onboarding.
• Oversee work pass processing and related arrangements.
• Lead recruitment, admin and coordination staff; set targets.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and service levels.
• Ensure clear communication between management, staff, clients and partners.
• Monitor compliance with MOM requirements and data protection obligations.
• Submit weekly updates and monthly performance reports.
