Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) invites applications for Assistant Manager, Agency Network Management (ANM) across China and North Asia. You will drive performance visibility, governance, budgeting and regional initiatives, acting as a bridge between HQ, regional offices and agencies to enable continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, project execution and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced regional environment. English fluency is required; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor degree in business, maritime studies or related field.
• 3–5 years in corporate management with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin helpful for China & North Asia engagement.
• Proven stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency performance management, governance and development across China and North Asia.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis for regional agencies.
• Ensure compliance with DOA and corporate policy across agencies.
• Lead regional transformation projects and organizational development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with country leadership and headquarters, ensuring alignment.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and change management.
