Job summary

Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable executive to manage and coordinate the delivery of M&A projects for PIL’s global agency network, including establishing new agencies and divestitures.

You will oversee governance, performance, and commercial activities across multiple countries, and collaborate with HQ on financial matters, budgets, and cost controls to drive efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency corporate governance, agency performance management and agency commercial-related activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Agency Finance Controller on financial matters to review performance, expenses, cash, dividends and budgets.
• Plan and finalize annual budgets with input from agencies and HQ, and monitor budget execution.
• Assist in project management of assigned M&A projects.
• Anchor relationships with local Partners on corporate matters to ensure good governance of the entities.
• Manage Detention/Demurrage post waivers and Third Party Billing of Container Repair waivers.
• Possible travel to areas of representation.
