Job summary

Pacific International Lines seeks a Manager, Agency Network Management (OSRO) to oversee governance, performance, and financial matters across PIL’s global agency network. You will coordinate boards, ownership structures, and compliance, while driving efficiency and strategic transformations with HQ and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with the container shipping sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Maritime Studies or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ACCA) advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of several countries in agency governance, performance management and commercial activities.
• Coordinate board and management structures, ownership structures and control rights; oversee CAPEX & OPEX, commission negotiations and agreements.
• Collaborate with Agency Finance Controller on financial matters; review operating expenses, cash, dividends and cost-plus implementation.
• Plan and finalize annual budgets with active participation from agencies and HQ stakeholders; monitor budget execution.
• Lead transformation initiatives and efficiency projects across agencies; anchor relationships with local Partners and HQ.
