Job summary

TikTok is offering an Agency Enablement Operations Project Intern (GBS) in Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding of global agency partners, managing branding assets, and driving the badging pipeline. You will audit and improve data accuracy, and support the Partner Operations team in daily tasks.

This internship is 4–6 months, with a remote/hybrid environment across time zones. Fluency in English and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English; written and spoken English mandatory for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational workflow for onboarding approved agency partners, ensuring profiles are built out accurately.
• Manage branding assets (logos), drafting profiles/introductions, and verifying metadata.
• Drive the badging pipeline, monitor and clear onboarding bottlenecks for fast turnarounds.
• Audit partner profiles for accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency across directories and databases.
• Document recurring edge cases and manual steps to feed product automation requirements.
• Assist regional Partner Operations with routine inquiries and administrative tasks.
