Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable education professional to oversee daily centre operations, guide teaching staff, and ensure high-quality curriculum delivery for Primary levels. You will lead staffing, programme execution, and parent engagement initiatives to support student progress.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to step in for teaching when needed, with opportunities for career development and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work or related sectors preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to mentor staff and supervise programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations: staffing, programme delivery, logistics, safety standards.
• Ensure smooth execution of curriculum-based programmes and daily routines.
• Recruit, train, supervise, mentor and evaluate centre staff including student care teachers.
• Organise and facilitate parent engagement activities such as meetings and workshops.
• Manage enrollment, attendance, student records and fee/payment follow-ups.
• Familiar with MOE Syllabus up to date.
• Teach and support Primary 1–6 students in Chinese, English, Mathematics and Science.
