Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a student care/education setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel between Tampines and Pasir Ris.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe, conducive environment for students and staff.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Student Care Teachers and support staff through training, performance management, and manpower planning.
• Plan and manage student care programmes, enrichment activities, and academic support initiatives to promote students' holistic development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents by handling enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally while fostering strong community engagement.
• Drive centre growth through student enrolment, retention, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements to achieve business objectives.
