Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or premium customer service environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins.
• Provide guidance on product specifications, warranties, pricing and service processes.
• Advise customers on product care and maintenance.
• Record and update customer data accurately in CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with overseas service teams for repairs and after-sales matters.
• Support daily after-sales operations and related administrative tasks.
