Job summary

Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is a boutique specializing in pre-owned luxury watches, seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will handle inquiries, assist with watch purchases, sales, and price negotiations, and support watch servicing and inventory tasks.

The role involves coordinating authentication, basic photography for listings, and light administrative duties. Retail experience and a customer-oriented mindset are essential, with weekend shifts included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related roles.
• Experience in the luxury watch or pawnshop industry is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and assist with watch purchases, sales and price negotiations.
• Coordinate watch servicing, repairs, protective film applications and inventory matters.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including product photography, basic editing and online listings.
• Perform administrative duties and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with our Virtual Assistant team to coordinate customer and operational matters.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required.
