Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Affluent Team Manager to lead and grow a team of Affluent Relationship Managers, delivering high-quality customer engagement and financial planning services to affluent clients.

You will coach and develop ARMs, drive revenue growth, and ensure adherence to FA Act, Fair Dealing and internal policies while maintaining exceptional service standards across the wealth advisory franchise.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with at least 6 years of banking/financial services experience.
• Proven track record in team leadership, coaching or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and wealth management products.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach a team of Affluent Relationship Managers to drive customer engagement.
• Meet sales, upfund and upgrade targets while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure needs-based advisory approach compliant with FA Act and regulations.
• Uphold regulatory standards and deliver consistent customer experience.
