Standard Chartered in Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Affluent and Wealth Marketing to drive the marketing agenda for Affluent and Wealth. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the wealth brand among affluent clients, partnering with stakeholders to deliver programs that expand the client base and advance wealth priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a financial institution or agency managing financial services accounts.
• Experience in campaign and agency management with strong digital and social marketing capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven analytical, project management, and process management capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and awareness of competitive dynamics and macro environment.
• Strong understanding of the Affluent and Wealth business.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, Adobe Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen brand preference for wealth solutions through strategic campaigns and client events.
• Develop and deliver marketing communications to support client acquisition and engagement.
• Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns and events across Affluent and Wealth portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Plan and deploy full-funnel paid marketing campaigns and optimise media mix.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to achieve business outcomes.
• Negotiate with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
