United Overseas Bank Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage portfolio financing facilities and investment accounts for affluent clients. You will assess collateral, perform pre- and post-trade checks, and ensure timely trade execution with rigorous risk controls.

Based onsite in Singapore, you will reconcile daily transactions, collaborate with Relationship Managers, and participate in system enhancements and UAT to improve efficiency and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience with portfolio financing facilities and investment accounts.
• Understanding of collateral positions and margin requirements.
• Experience performing pre- and post-trade checks across instruments.
• Proficiency with daily transaction reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Ability to partner with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and external regulations.
• Manage portfolio financing facilities and investment accounts for affluent clients.
• Assess collateral positions and margin requirements prior to trade execution.
• Conduct pre- and post-trade checks for equities, bonds, unit trusts and more.
• Perform daily reconciliations using Odyssey and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Participate in system enhancements, regression testing and UAT.
• Drive process improvement to enhance controls and client service delivery.
• Promptly identify, escalate and document operational issues with mitigations.
