Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore seeks a capable professional to support regulatory and management reporting, ensure covenant compliance, and verify financial documentation. The role involves MTM on collateral, reviewing credit conditions, and mentoring junior staff.

The candidate should hold a Banking & Finance degree or equivalent, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable with complex financial data and MAS Notices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking & Finance or professional qualification.
• Ability to provide good operations and administration support.
• Strong integrity, responsible, reliable and conscientious.
• Able to guide junior staff effectively in daily operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with financial software.

Responsibilities

• Perform group regulatory reporting (MAS Notices, etc.).
• Perform management reporting.
• Perform marked-to-market against financial collateral for limit adjustment.
• Review Letters of Offer/Facility Agreement for covenants and conditions.
• Independent verification of covenants/credit conditions for compliance.
• Validate supporting documents as evidence of verification (financial statements, certificates).
• Prepare management reports and participate in process reviews.
• Train and nurture junior staff.
