Job summary

ZEST CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Engagement Executive/Officer to manage incoming and outgoing client communications, convert enquiries into appointments, and support walk-in clients. The role focuses on driving appointment bookings and sales while ensuring a high standard of client and patient experience.

You will be on-site six days per week, coordinating with the clinic and MediSpa teams to deliver a seamless client journey and exceed appointment KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting preferred.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or healthcare is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling both inbound enquiries and outbound calls.
• Sales-oriented with good follow-up and closing skills.
• Organised, responsive and able to manage multiple leads and enquiries.
• Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, phone and face-to-face.
• Able to work onsite 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Handle outbound and cold calls to prospective and existing clients to generate appointments.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert them into confirmed appointments.
• Arrange, confirm and follow up on client/patient appointments.
• Re-engage past clients and follow up on cancelled, missed or pending appointments.
• Attend to walk-in clients, understand their needs and facilitate consultation or treatment bookings.
• Provide accurate information on clinic and MediSpa services, treatments and ongoing promotions.
• Support conversion of enquiries and appointments into treatment sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments and outcomes.
• Work closely with the clinic and MediSpa teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of client/patient service and experience.
• Achieve assigned appointment, conversion and sales KPIs.
