Job summary

Private Space Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a Senior Aesthetic Clinic Assistant & Sales Consultant in Singapore. You will drive the aesthetic business, manage front desk operations, conduct sales consultations for treatment packages and products, assist doctors during procedures, and provide therapist-led services.

This role also supports the co-located psychiatry clinic, requires beauty therapy qualification or diploma, 5 years' experience, and familiarity with clinic software such as Plato.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or premium beauty environment.
• Strong combination of front-desk operational competence, consultative sales drive, and hands-on clinical assisting skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Experience with clinic management software (such as Plato) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full frontline operations for Private Space Aesthetics & Wellness, including client registration, appointment scheduling, billing, payment processing, product dispensing, inventory tracking, and handling client enquiries promptly and professionally
• Recommend treatment packages, promotions, and skincare products and build lasting client relationships through consultative selling while achieving personal and clinic sales/service targets
• Prepare clients for procedures (cleansing, topical anaesthetic application, pre-treatment photos), assist doctors during treatments, and perform therapist-led non-invasive services (facials and skin treatments)
• Provide secondary front-desk support for our co-located psychiatry clinic during shared desk operations, peak overflow, or operational downtime
• Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment sterilisation across treatment rooms and reception areas, while adhering to high personal grooming standards
