PRUDENT HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing, Sales & Clinic Coordinator for a full-time role in our Singapore practice. You will handle enquiries, convert leads to consultations, coordinate appointments and ensure a concierge-level patient journey from initial contact through follow-up.

Experience in aesthetic/private healthcare and a strong sales mindset are highly valued. You will work closely with marketing and clinical staff to drive growth and maintain excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication: confident, warm and persuasive by phone, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face.
• Strong sales instinct: understand needs, build trust and close to a next step.
• Highly organised; manage many leads, patients, appointments and follow-ups without losing detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and commercially aware, with accountability.
• Professional, discreet and digitally confident; learn CRM, clinic, messaging, social-media systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, WhatsApp, website, social-media and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Convert enquiries into booked consultations and follow up leads.
• Coordinate consultations, procedures, dates and follow-ups, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Prepare quotations and administrative documents accurately.
• Coordinate with marketing and referrals to drive clinic growth.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead sources, response time, and conversions.
