Job summary

CIELO TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing operator to perform thermal spray and coating tasks for gas turbine and aero-derivative repairs. You will follow established work instructions, operate related equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have secondary education, relevant certifications, and are willing to work rotating shifts. Training is provided for suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• NTC, ITE certification or equivalent.
• Experience in thermal spray, coating, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair.
• Follow work instructions and procedures to carry out assigned tasks, which may include blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other manufacturing processes.
• Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining equipment care, production targets, housekeeping, and schedules.
• Comply with all applicable Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
