Job summary

StandardAero in Singapore seeks skilled technicians to execute repair processes using approved technical data and instructions. You will set up and operate welding equipment, vacuum furnaces, and chemical cleaning lines, performing burnout cycles and coordinating tank cleaning on a schedule.

Expected to perform 5S and engage in CI activities, audits, and training while maintaining safety and EHS adherence in a busy MRO environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience with TIG welding, heat-treat processes and chemical cleaning preferred.
• Standing for extended periods and dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair processes using current and approved technical data and job instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain Welding equipment, Vacuum Furnace, Hot Press and Chemical Cleaning Line.
• Perform burnout cycle for VFS and coordinate cleaning of chemical tanks.
• Carry out 5S and basic CI in the workplace and participate in audits and training.
