Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks an experienced leader to provide operational direction and strategic guidance across repair operations and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive gate 2 TAT performance, cost reduction, and productivity while ensuring compliance with EH&S, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, aligning with business goals, and advancing new repair capabilities for GTF & PW4000 programs, with an emphasis on stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/master’s degree a plus.
• Min 10 years of broad-based experience, preferably in Aerospace.
• Strong understanding of EH&S, regulatory, quality, and financial requirements.
• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking with strong execution.
• Able to lead in a fast-paced, matrix organization and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic directives to meet delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee internal repair operations and Gate 2 TAT to support engine DAT efficiency.
• Drive growth projects for new repair capabilities and assess technology improvements.
• Lead cost reduction, productivity, and CORE initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a high-engagement, cross-functional culture.
• Develop successors in the talent pipeline and align with business plan objectives.
