Assist and support the Deputy General Manager in providing operational leadership and strategic directives to meet delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfaction and leading cultural transformation within the organization. Oversee internal repair operations, meet Gate 2 TAT requirements to support engine DAT operational efficiency. Support and drive growth projects to ensure seamless introduction of new GTF & PW4000 repair capabilities. Keep abreast of the latest technological development that can allow the company to further improve its product offerings and operational efficiency. Drive operational excellence and be accountable for monthly engine delivery, profit margins, CPH, OT, COPQ, Productivity and DCI metrics in the company to delight customers and meet or exceed operational performance indicators. Work with the management team to plan, develop, implement and oversee policy deployment plan actions aligned with the overall business plan objectives and targets. Work on cost reduction efforts to drive down costs and drive profitability of the company. Drive productivity and continuous improvement (CORE) initiatives to improve efficiency in the workplace. Ensure businesses comply with all regulatory requirements internally and externally to drive a high compliance culture within the organization with regards to Global Trade, EHS, Ethics, Quality, and all relevant areas. Drive a high employee engagement culture of respect, empowerment, communication and teamwork. Establish and maintain excellent communication with other functional departments and managers to align goals and deadlines. Develop potential successors in the talent pipeline and champion talent developments of the management team within the organization to ensure team stability and business continuity. Other ad-hoc strategic projects as assigned.
You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines. Min 10 years of relevant broad-based experience preferably within the Aerospace industry. Good understanding of all aspects of the business, including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical and financial requirements. Strong motivator with proven leadership skills and drive for success. Good problem-solving skills to apply the collective knowledge and managing team to address all various employee and business issues. Excellent strategic & analytical thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills. Able to work in fast paced, matrix reporting organization. Able to communicate with employees across all levels.
We Prefer Candidate with MBA or master’s degree is a plus. Relevant experience in Aerospace or Engine MRO. Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
