RTX is seeking a Senior Operations leader to provide strategic direction and oversee repair operations, ensuring delivery commitments and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes driving regulatory compliance, productivity, and cost efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in aerospace, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage matrix teams while aligning with global business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Min 10 years of relevant broad-based experience, preferably within Aerospace.
• Good understanding of EH&S, regulatory, quality, operational, technical and financial requirements.
• Strong leadership with proven drive for success.
• Excellent strategic & analytical thinking with strong execution skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, matrix reporting organization.
• Able to communicate with employees across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Deputy General Manager in providing operational leadership and strategic directives to meet delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee internal repair operations and meet Gate 2 TAT requirements to support engine DAT operational efficiency.
• Support and drive growth projects to enable new repair capabilities and keep abreast of technology developments.
• Drive productivity, profitability metrics, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Develop policy deployment actions aligned with business plan objectives and targets.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

MBA or master’s degree preferred
