Job summary

Incora is seeking a Quality Engineer in Singapore, Changi North, to translate customer requirements into compliant processes within the Quality & Engineering function. You will act as the technical SME for aircraft products and lead investigations into quality concerns, driving corrective actions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Experience in problem resolution/root cause analysis.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience handling customer/supplier technical quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for aircraft products and guide on specifications and drawings.
• Lead investigations into product and service concerns and perform root cause analysis.
• Act as primary customer-facing technical representative and build relationships.
• Identify and implement customer-focused improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Inspection team and ensure capability and readiness.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to support objectives; ensure QMS and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement activities.
