Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations, manpower and performance. Candidates with experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Responsibilities include supervising operators, planning manpower and resources, monitoring KPIs such as OEE, and driving Lean, 5S/6S and continuous improvement activities within the production area.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems (API/AS9100D advantageous).
• Experience with OEE/KPI, Lean manufacturing, 5S/6S, and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with ERP/manufacturing systems (Oracle, M3 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production operators to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, machines and resources according to production schedules.
• Monitor and drive production KPIs, including OEE, productivity and throughput.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for production equipment.
• Ensure processes comply with work instructions, quality and safety requirements.
• Participate in NCR investigations and corrective actions with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Support First Article, prototype/new processes and customer/regulatory audits.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality for smooth operations.
• Train, cross-train, mentor production operators.
• Support equipment maintenance and proper usage of tooling.
