Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Aerospace/MRO to perform Manufacturing Engineering activities in Component Repair production areas. You will ensure process capability and resolve technical issues to meet SQCD requirements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma, supporting integration across the product lifecycle and supply chain, collaborating with suppliers and production teams, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing/repair/overhaul environment.
• Good knowledge of fixture design and masking.
• Strong communication, analytical, engineering and project management skills.
• Hands-on approach with Six Sigma problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manufacturing Engineering in Component Repair production areas to ensure process capability.
• Resolve technical issues to meet SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) requirements.
• Support integration of Manufacturing Engineering across the product lifecycle and supply chain.
• Drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma tools to optimize delivery and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, production teams and engineering groups.
