Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Tuas South, Singapore, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations, manpower and manufacturing performance. The role requires leading operators, coordinating resources and ensuring quality and safety while driving productivity.

Candidates with aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience will be preferred; knowledge of ISO standards and manufacturing audits is a plus, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing/production supervisory experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, API and/or AS9100D would be advantageous.
• Experience with OEE/KPI, Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S and Continuous Improvement.
• Familiar with production troubleshooting, NCR/corrective actions and manufacturing audits.
• Experience using ERP/manufacturing systems such as Oracle, M3 or similar would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production operators to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, machines and resources according to production schedules.
• Monitor and drive production KPIs, including OEE, productivity and throughput.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for production, machines, tooling and equipment issues.
• Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out according to work instructions, quality and safety requirements.
• Participate in NCR investigations, rework and corrective actions with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Support First Article, prototype/new process activities and customer/regulatory audits.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S and Continuous Improvement activities within the production area.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Train, cross-train, guide and mentor production operators.
• Support machine/equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage of production equipment and tooling.
