Job summary

Elitez Aviation PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled Machining Technician to set up jigs and tooling, operating manual and CNC Lathe, VTL, and milling machines to produce precise components. You will read blueprints using GD&T, perform in-process inspections, and follow safety guidelines.

Required are NITEC/Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Precision Engineering and 3–5 years in machining, with strong English communication. TPM duties and continuous improvement ideas are encouraged.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Precision Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of machining experience in precision engineering, metals, or aerospace.
• Able to operate manual and CNC Lathe, VTL and milling machines.
• Proficient in reading blueprints with GD&T and using standard measuring instruments.
• Good command of English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up jigs, fixtures, and tooling for precise machining operations.
• Operate manual and CNC Lathe, VTL, and milling machines to produce components per specs.
• Perform in-process inspections with precision gauges and micrometers to ensure accuracy.
• Interpret engine manuals, technical data, and work instructions for machining tasks.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Support TPM activities to maintain machine reliability and keep work areas clean.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
